Who should attend this call?
- ServiceTitan Admin with Scheduling Access
- Sales Builder Pro App User. The SBP app user must also be a Managed Tech in ServiceTitan
Overview:
1) ST admin schedules and dispatches the call to the App User
2) SBP App User Accepts the Job and builds a 3 option quote
3) SBP User Completes the job, to send the quote to Service Titan
4) ST admin Converts a Sold SBP Option to SOLD Service Titan Estimate

1) Complete the required (*) ST fields
SBP requires:
- ST Business Unit exact match to the SBP Business Unit
- Managed ST Technician Email exact match to the SBP App User
2) Click Book Job

3) Dispatch the Appointment.
- A Scheduled appointment can be dispatched from the Scheduled appointment view or on the ST Dispatch Tab.
- The Appointment info will be sent to Sales Builder Pro
- If the appointment is changed dispatch the appointment again to send the new information to SBP.
4) For the Go Live call the ST Admin will Arrive at the job (for the technician) or the technician can open the ServiceTitan app and Arrive at the scheduled call. Schedule Appointment will display "Working"

ST Scheduled Appointment Info is highlighted in Yellow.
1) App User will Accept, Arrive and Present to open the SBP quote.
App users can only work in jobs scheduled for the current day. If the app user does not start a quote on the day of the scheduled appointment, the ST appointment will need to be "re-dispatched" at a new time. Do not schedule a new ST appointment, simply edit the original ST appointment.

- ST Customer Fields auto-populate the Customer tab.
- Changes to Customer Information in SBP will not be sent back to ST
- SBP can send an email to a ST Admin with the changes that have been made. Contact your CSS to update the send customer info update email.

2) Build a system with Install Kit Items on the Option 1, 2, and 3 tabs.
- Each Option will be a separate ST Estimate.
- Selected equipment sale price will display in the Service Titan Estimate.
- SBP Cost is not sent to ST.
- Discounts and Pricing Adjustments are part of the final price. Discounts will not display in the ST estimate.
- Install Kit items will be included in the option price. If the install kit item has a Shown to Customer value, the item will display in the ST Estimate.
- SBP by default will display line-item pricing in the ST Estimate.
If you are planning to send the ST Estimate to the customer, you may elect to have SBP send "Bundled Pricing" to ST. Bundled Pricing set-ups will display the line-item price of quoted items. Only the total price for the equipment option will display.
Depending on your company's ST workflow, when bundled pricing is being used, you can choose to show line item pricing in the ST description.
Contact your SBP CSS to change the ST line-item pricing default to Bundled Pricing.

3) Add an accessory to each option
- Accessories will display in the ST Estimate as equipment
- Selected accessories will display at sale price in the ST Estimate

4) Select an Add-On service for each option.
- Add-on Tab selections will display the Sale Price in the tasks section of the ST Estimate.
SBP Set-Up options:
1) Designate certain addon tab types to appear in the ST Estimate as Equipment. For example, Water Heaters are set to display in the ST Estimate as equipment.
2) All Equipment and Accessories can appear in the Service Titan estimate as Tasks.
Discuss with your CSS if you would like to change where items appear in the ST estimate.

5) Select a Material for all 3 options.
- Material selections will display at Sale Price as tasks in the ST Estimate

6) Select an option.
- Sign the Customer acceptance and the Company Approval
- Each option will display as a separate estimate in Service Titan
- Estimates that have a company and customer signature will display "SOLD" in the ST Estimate Description Field. The ST admin will CONVERT the estimate to SOLD in the ST workflow.

7) Touch Completed, Enter a Completion Note, and Submit
- Submit is the trigger that sends the quote information to ST

1) Select the Job in the ST Schedule
2)Use the Job Action button to complete the job. ST will open the Invoice. Return to the ST Job to view the estimates. (Click on the Job # at the top of the invoice)

2) Select the Estimate that has SOLD in the Summary
3) Convert the job to SOLD

4b) Select All Tasks and Equipment or Select what you want on the estimate
5) Book New Job
- Assign this job to the next step in your Service Titan Workflow. For example, this job may move to the Install Business Unit.
