We know you have to keep your business running. We have sent and received logs to troubleshoot issues.
We log the jobs received from ServiceTitan and the proposals/estimates sent to ServiceTitan.
When there is a failure sending a proposal to ServiceTitan, we retry sending proposals after 1 minute, then 2 minutes, and so on up to 1 hour. If no trial is successful we will send an email containing the line items we tried to send. You will have the information if you need to enter it manually into ServiceTitan when it is back up and running.
