1) During the integration one-time setup:
- SBP creates 1 equipment item in your ST price book called "Sales Builder Pro" with one Quick book General Ledger account associated. It will be reused for all equipment quoted in SBP
- SBP creates 1 service item in your ST price book called "Sales Builder Pro" with one optional QuickBooks General Ledger account associated. It will be reused for all services & materials quoted in SBP.
2) SBP Setup:
- All equipment, services, and materials are stored in the SBP price book
3) When a proposal is sent from SBP to ServiceTitan:
- Every item on the proposal will use the "Sales Builder Pro" price book item that was created in ServiceTitan during step 1 above
- The line items will show the name "Sales Builder Pro" and the model number will be shown in the Description field.
- The items will be associated with the optional Quick Books General Ledger account that was set up during step 1
Additional notes:
- The SBP price book and Service Titan price book are not synced. They do not talk to each other, and the integration does not create any price book items other than the 2 "Sales Builder Pro" items in step 1

Example illustrates Multiple Service Titan Business Units associated with one Pricebook/Customer Class, one "Equipment" Service Titan GL account and one "Service" ServiceTitan GL account.
