Service Titan is in the process of updating its software to Version 59. The updates have been occurring in phases. These updates will include new page views. Service Titan is also updating their APIs to "Version 2". API Version 2 is a 2-step verification security update.
We are aware that the update has created a broken link to the quote PDF. Service Titan is also aware of the issue. An Integrations Specialist at ServiceTitan has stated that the issue is in the reviewing stage and our [Service Titan} development teams are working on fixing them. (05/22)
There is a workaround for customers using the V1 integration. V2 integration users can retrieve the PDF in the Service Titan Mobile App - OnCall Integration Section OR in Sales Builder Pro Management Portal (> Sales Management Tools > Deal Manager).
> Click the INVOICE Pending button at the top of the Estimate.
