Rule: Job changes are only sent to SBP if the job is rescheduled by at least 1 minute, or when the technician is dispatched.
Issue Description:
Jobs are entered into Service Titan but not assigned to a sales rep until the day before. The "scheduler" uses a Service Titan drag and drop feature to assign the job to a sales rep. The job does not send to SBP unless the scheduled job time is changed by 1 minute or the technician is dispatched.
If the issue remains after changing the time by 1 minute and/or dispatching the ST sales call, check the Service Titan web hook connections.
