The Assigned user email not filled explanation occurs when the Service Titan Managed Tech email field is not identical to the Sales Builder Pro username.
The Service Titan admin will need to update the Managed Technicians email field.
Internal SBP users can view the email fields of all Service Titan users by running V2 API Call Get Technicians.
Hint: Use the copy feature to copy/paste the results into excel, filter the results to "email" and/or "name" to identify the users that have incorrect or empty email fields.
