Issue: ServiceTitan job updates are not sent to Sales Builder Pro after rescheduling the job or dispatching the technician
Cause: There is likely an issue with the webhook setup on ServiceTitan's end
Fix: Have ServiceTitan check the webhook setup:
- Work with your Sales Builder Pro customer success specialist (CSS) to get the webhook URL from your integration settings
- You or your CSS should send the webhook URL to integrations@servicetitan.com or your direct point of contact at ServiceTitan
- Ask ServiceTitan to verify that the URL is set for 3 webhook triggers: Job Scheduled, Job Rescheduled, and Technician Dispatched
