Step 1: IMS will request the Tenant ID from the contractor.
Step 2: The contractor needs to request the Service Titan Tenant ID from Service Titan.
Your Tenant ID must be retrieved directly from Service Titan's Integrations Team. Please email integrations@servicetitan.com. The integration team will require that you provide your Service Titan PIN.
Step 3: IMS enters the Tenant ID on Contractor Integration
Step 4: IMS adds the Tenant ID in the Service Titan Developer Portal
Step 5: Contractor adds Sales Builder Pro app to Service Titan

Step 7: IMS will enter Client ID and Client Secret in Parts Gator Integration Settings
Step 8: IMS will enable the V2 check box in Parts Gator Integration Settings
Step 9: IMS will click run V2 API Calls and click Go for Get Business Units. If you get an authorization failed message, there is an error in the set-up.
Step 10: IMS will send the webhook URL to Service Titan
