Service Titan API V2 Onboarding Troubleshooter

SBP Rep Please Check:

1. Partsgator Customer ID
2. Client ID number
3. Tenant ID number

SBP Unable to retrieve the Service Titan Equipment and Service ID.

In some Service Titan (ST) price book set-ups, SBP is unable to retrieve the Service Titan Equipment and Service ID. In this case, the ST Admin will need to manually add 2 lines to the Service Titan pricebook; 1 equipment line and 1 service line.

The fields that must be filled in are the following. The 3-digit number at the end of the "code" can be any 3 digits. It just cannot be the same number used for the Service line item.

Model: Sales Builder Pro

Account: Enter account name (optional)

COGS Account: Enter account name (optional)

Taxable: Yes

Once the equipment is saved, search "sales builder pro" in the price book. Click edit. Then capture the ID number in the browser address bar & send it to IMS. 

In this example the ST equipment ID number is 142028
