Cost Analysis Part 2

The Cost Analysis section of the export provides a full list of all items selected in the quote. 

Yes, this is a BIG report. We recommend that you HIDE columns that you do not need to see to make it more manageable. (How to hide or show rows or columns in excel columns link).

This discussion will divide the analysis into 4 groups:

Group 1 (Columns A through K) headers are identical to the install materials export. 

Group 2 (Columns K through X) displays the cost of each item, the business rules, and the financing fee used to derive the list price of the line item. The list price is the price that displays in the app.

Group 3 (Columns X thru AB) displays the adjustments that were made in the app to the list price.

Group 4 (Columns AC thru AH) displays the job total gross margins achieved.

Excel Tips:
