• Tap View to display the Proposal PDF

Action

• iPad, Tap Action to display the available native apps. (i.e. DocuSign app)
• Android, Tap Print to send the Proposal PDF to a printer

Email

• Tap Email to send the Company email and Proposal PDF to the customer

Enter Email Addresses

• Emails entered in the Customer Record will auto-fill
• Enter additional addresses if needed.
• Tap Done

System will send the Company email to all addresses entered.

Company Email contains links to quoted equipment brochures and the Proposal PDF attachment.

Email is BCC'd to Sales Person and up to 4 additional emails.
