eSign Toolkit- Customizing Email

It is highly recommended to include your company name in the subject line, ensuring the consumer can quickly recognize it. You can preview the look and feel of your message in the Management Portal. 

By default, the following occurs automatically:

1. Your logo is included in the header of your email
2. A salutation of “Dear” is used 
3. Your customer’s name is included in the salutation
4. Your name, phone number, and email address are appended to close out the email.

You can customize these three parts of the email. 

• Subject line 
• Body
• Footer

The default settings work "out of the box" and are acceptable for most residential contractors.

The email is intended to get them to the link and begin interacting with your proposal, short and simple may be your best choice.
