Your customer will receive an email (or text) with instructions to view their shopping cart. Once the customer opens the link to the proposal, they will land on the Welcome Page. The Welcome Page includes your logo, a brief Welcome message, and a Security feature as shown below.

The customer will then see the following pages, which can be customized.

Home Page

The Home Page is designed to be your brand ambassador when you’re not in front of your customer. Many calls only include one decision maker – leaving it up to them, or your Home Page – to carry your message to the other decision-makers.

Home Page Default – works for most contractors “out of the box” but you can tune this to fit your needs in the custom setting below.

Home Page Custom – helps you sell more. The Management Portal includes a robust editor to create an “on brand, on target’ message for your targeted customers.

The default page may work for you but we encourage you to customize this to fully inform your customer of their next steps.

Note that these links would go to your website or those of your financial partners to apply for credit. Sales Builder Pro does not include any payment processing features, but we do encourage the use of Rewards Pro (to earn credits towards your next renewal) for financing.

Include specific next steps such as how to pay, scheduling an install, and instructions concerning any cancellation rights.
