1) A quote is considered "VALID" when the company rep has signed the quote. We recommend, validating a quote before sending it off to the customer. The validation locks the quote down. If the quote is opened at a later date and changed the system will automatically create a new quote.
2) A job is classified as a "WIN/WON" in your analytics if the Quote has 2 Signatures - the Company Rep and the Customer. It is VERY important that salespersons go back to a quote to add a 2nd signature to a quote that is won at a date after job completion.
3) The back office email will display "SOLD" in the subject line when there is one signature and an install date on the quote.
