The FieldEdge interface allows customers in FieldEdge to be easily added to Sales Builder Pro.
FieldEdge customers are searchable on the Sales Builder Pro Scheduling page.
We use all of the current API capabilities currently available to third parties. Stay tuned for future enhancements.
Here's an overview of the process:
- Customers: FieldEdge (FE) is the database of record for customer info
- Sales Calls: Use Sales Builder Pro (SBP) to schedule these appointments in the Sales Builder Management Portal. On the SBP schedule page, a scheduler will search for the Field Edge customer and create a job in Sales Builder for the sales rep. *Note the job will also have to be booked in the Field Edge.
Workflow:
- The Field Edge admin creates the customer record in Field Edge. The customer record is shared with SBP. If the customer already exists in Field Edge skip this step.
- The Field Edge admin creates the job/sales call in Field Edge. The job information is not shared with SBP.
- The SBP admin schedules the job in SBP.
The FieldEdge integration can be added to your Sales Builder Pro Company subscription. Please contact your Customer Support Specialist for pricing information and to begin the integration process.
