What Type of Tablet Do I Need to Run Sales Builder Pro?

Sales Builder Pro is designed to run on Android tablets and iPads (iOS).

Android tablets need to be running on at least Version 14 with 4GB RAM or more. For the best resolution a 12.2-inch display (2560 x 1600) is ideal. Although the app runs and looks great on smaller displays as well.

• We test on Google and Samsung tablets and recommend these brands.
• Other tablets may customize the operating system and may have performance or user interface issues, which we cannot troubleshoot. 

We will support iPads that are still being supported by Apple and running iPadOS 16. iPads generally have a lifespan of about 5 years.

As the app becomes more robust and the contractor price book becomes larger, you may begin to see performance issues. Mainly in the download time of the brochures and price book updates. We recommend upgrading to a newer tablet when you begin to see speed issues. Of course, a newer tablet will provide the fastest performance and the clearest display quality.

Sales Builder Pro is not designed to run on and we do not support:

1) Chrome Books

2) Kindle Fire

3) Desktops - PC or Mac

Newer Chrome books and Macs with the M1 or the M2 chip can run the SBP app. However, we do not support these devices, at this time.
