• Configuration changes (such as device rotation and toggling bluetooth keyboard on/off) will no longer reload the views. Orientation lock for landscape mode has been removed. A popup message now appears if the tablet is in portrait mode.

Minor bug fix

New Features and Security Update (TLS 1.2)

1. Include the customer's name automatically in the proposal email subject by using {Customer} in the setup on the Company Configuration page. Please discuss feature with your CSS if you would like to implement in your app.

2. Security Update. TLS 1.2 is now used for all file access & outgoing API requests. Known issue: If a homeowner is using an old computer that doesn't support TLS 1.2, they will not be able to use the brochure links in the proposal email. Sales Rep would have to send the brochure PDFS as attachments in an email, using the Share button on the tablet for each brochure separately.

App Improvements

1. Accessory and Add-On Discounts are now "sticky"

• No longer cleared when changing the equipment or payment type
• Accessory & add-on pricing will adjust based on the payment type
• Accessory & add-on discount dollar amounts remain the same
• “No charge” items will remain no charge

2. Rebates are "sticky"

• Rebates now remain on the quote when you change items or pricing
• Percentage rebates are re-calculated automatically to reflect the new dollar amount

3. Brand NEW Notes tab

• Custom notes and final notes have moved from the Signature tab

4. Proposal settings moved to "Customize" popup

• Previously located on Signature tab / Final Notes popup

5. Customer signature will now be erased when Requested Install Date changes, or an option is selected and then deselected

• Previously, the customer signature remained on the proposal in those scenarios

6. Proposal & Form revisions show the  new date/time on the PDF

How to set:

Remote customer acceptance in the back office

• Choose an option
• Indicate that the customer accepted the proposal using one of the following methods:
  • Verbal acceptance (over the phone)
  • Email/Written acceptance
  • Signature on File (scanned document, Docusign, etc.)

Email the proposal to the customer from the back office

Proposal status selection

• Automatically marks proposals Accepted when the following conditions are met:

1. 1. At least one option is selected
   2. Office user enters remote acceptance (verbal, written, signature on file)
   3. Office user accepts their digital signature for company approval (validation)

• Automatically marks proposals as Obsolete when the following conditions are met:

1. 1. A new revision of the proposal is created by changing the selected options or status
   2. Office user accepts their digital signature for company approval (validation)

• Office user can manually change the status of a proposal to:

• • Accepted (requires a selected option, customer acceptance, & company approval)
  • Pending
  • Declined
  • Obsolete

Multi-Option Verification

• If multiple options are accepted (on the same proposal or across multiple proposals)
  • The web page shows a warning if more than 1 option is accepted
  • Office user can click to verify that is the correct number of options, and the warning will disappear
  • If multiple selected options were a mistake across multiple proposals, go to the incorrectly selected proposal and change the status to Obsolete

Proposal Delete Function

• Proposals can be deleted when created by mistake
• Delete is really a “hide” function
• Deleted proposals can be shown using the Show Deleted Proposals checkbox
• Deleted proposals can be restored

Deal Notes

• Office user can add notes regarding the deal as a whole
• Office user can enter Office # field

New Feature and Improvement - Version 7.3

• Forms include an option to "Simply PDF". Form admins can choose to hide sections and questions on the completed form if the section or question is blank.
• Form admins can add Borders to selected sections in the PDF.
• Form sections can now have section background colors and borders. Each section can have its own color configurations. Note: this is a custom upgrade feature.

IMPROVEMENTS - Version 5.1

• Form retention policy. Companies can configure how many days a form is stored on the tablet. Forms are accessible on the tablet for 90 days and indefinitely in the cloud. Forms downloaded from the cloud will be stored on the tablet for 90 days. Companies may request to have the number of tablet storage days decreased or increased. The number of days to store the form will be affected by the size of the tablet and the number of photos contained in the form. 
• "On Tablet" and "download" icons have been added to Forms on the Search screen and on the View Schedule screen. "On Tablet" form is stored on the tablet. Download pulls the form from the cloud. Downloaded forms will be stored on the tablet for 90 days (default) or the specified number of days.
• Companies may request to have the signature section on the proposal PDF be moved to below Terms and Conditions.

Android Required Permissions Update - Version 5.0.3

• New installations of the app will require the user to accept or deny 3 permissions when clicking the Check In button. This only affects users running the Android operating system 7.0 or higher.

1. Access to files (must accept, or you cannot log into the app). The app requires this permission. The app must be able to download files and data in order to function.

2. Access to location (must accept, or you cannot log into the app). The app requires this permission. Location is used on the schedule to show directions.

3. Access to camera (optional). The app will only need this permission if you need to take pictures for forms. If you deny the permission now, you will be asked again later when you need to take a picture.

IMPROVEMENTS - Version 4.3.1

• The Proposal PDF now displays Products/Services/Materials as headings if all equipment (selected on the Option tabs) total investments equal zero. This feature was requested by customers who frequently quote hot water tanks and other home improvement services.
• We've improved the email function of the app. The app will alert users of an "Invalid Email Address" when the email is not correctly formatted. i.e. june@imobile is incorrectly formatted. The user will also receive email notification when an email was not able to be delivered; "bounced".
