How to Remove Proposals from the eSign Link

The eSign Link will contain all of the pending and accepted proposals that you have written for the sales call (job). When more than one proposal is included in the link you will see the "Are you sure?" message.  If you do not want to include all of the proposals Cancel the Send eSign Link. Then "tap" Manage in the Status section to Manage Deal. (Fig. 1)

In the example below the eSign link will include 2 proposals. Each proposal contains 3 options, the eSign toolkit will display 6 options. (Fig. 2)

Change the status of the Pending proposal to Obsolete. For the proposal you want to exclude, change the status of the proposal to Obsolete. (Fig. 3)
