How Do I Build An Option With Two Condensers or Two Systems?

The SBP quote is set up to build out 1 condenser per option. However, with this simple workaround, you can quote multiple systems, condensers and furnaces on one option if needed.

In this first example, I demonstrate how to quote 2 complete systems on one option.

I start by building out the complete system, including the install items. Then I added a More note to the option:  "Quote for 2 complete systems - 1 Up and 1 Down - Cash Price $7783 per system". This note will appear on the customer quote.

After adding the note,  I used the hidden price adjustment to increase the price of the system to include the 2nd system. ($7783 increase). In this case, I used the cash price for the 2nd system. If this was a financed system I would use the financed price for the Pricing adjustment.

Option 2 in this same quote, is an example of 2 Condensors.

Lastly, on the Signature Tab, use the Customize button to customize the Proposal Name, Option Name, and the Option Description.
