How do I quote equipment that is not preloaded in my pricebook?

There are occasions when you need to quote equipment that has not been preloaded in the app. You can add equipment on the fly. The app can be used like "digital" paper.  Simply, fill in the option fields with what you want to appear on the customer quote. Type, Manufacturer, and Model are required fields (Fig. 1). Use a Pricing Adjustment to enter the full sale price of the equipment in the Suggested Retail Price field (Fig. 2). If you need to apply a discount, enter the discount AFTER you have entered a price. (Note, the sale price needs to include labor, tax, material, permits, etc.)
