Jobs can be rescheduled, reassigned, edited, and deleted in the Management Portal Scheduling Section.
|On the Schedule Jobs tab, search for the customer name associated with the job you need to edit. Click the Search Customers Button. (Tip: to view all customers leave the Customer Name blank)
Customer Search Results will display in the center pane. Select the customer.
Customer Information and jobs linked to this customer will display in the right pane.
Click the Edit link to open the Edit Customer Information View.
Select a job to open the Edit Job View.

Date & Time, Job Info, Trade Type, and Notes can be changed by all users with Management Portal Scheduling access.
Users with Admin rights can reassign the job to a different salesperson.
Scroll to the Bottom of the View to Delete the Job.
Use the Customer Edit feature in the Schedule Job view to edit the Customer Number and Name.
