Users that have access to the Management Portal Sales Management Tools have fast and easy access to all of the Proposal PDFs created on a sales call. Proposal PDFs are downloadable in the Deal Manager on the Deals tab. Links to the PDFs are also available in the exportable Win/Loss Equipment report.

How to Download the Proposal PDF in Deal Manager |
Check-in to the Management Portal: Management Portal Link.
- Enter your username and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- If you cannot remember your password use the reset password feature on the check-in screen.
Scroll to the Sales Management Tools Section.
- Click on the Users Button
Search for the Customer by name, date, or use one of the advanced search fields to narrow the results.
Select the Deal to open the Deal Manager
Click the download icon to view and download the quote PDF. | |
Click the Email icon to email the quote PDF. The customer email will auto-populate, be sure to change it to the proper recipient. |

- Click on the Users Button
On the Reports Tab Select Win/Loss Export
This is a very hefty report. It displays all of the quotes for every deal with equipment detail. Column AU has a link to the proposal PDF.
Manager Tip: Share this report export with employees in your organization that are not Sales Builder Pro users.
