Comfort Advisor Default Settings for Proposal: Proposal Name Show Model Numbers, Line Item Pricing Option Name and Description Ductless Design Criteria Taxes & Fees by Line Item

Proposals

Proposal Name: Use {Customer} to include the customer name in the Proposal Name Example: TETRA HVAC Proposal for {Customer} Default "Proposal" is a Company Setting Show Model Numbers and Line Item Pricing: Yes – Include on Customer Proposal No – Do NOT include on Customer Proposal Default – Company Setting Include Brochures With the Proposal: Yes – Links to Brochures are included in the Customer Email No – Links to Brochures are NOT included in the Customer Email Default – Company Setting Note: Show Model Numbers, Show Line Item Equipment Discounts, and Show Line Item Pricing can be customized for a specific customer with the Signature tab Customize button

Options

Option Name and Description: Customize the Option Name and Description to match your selling style. Default: is a company setting Note: Option Name and Description can be customized for a specific customer  with Signature tab Customize button

Ductless Design Criteria

Enter the values for your region. These values are used to calculate the system derates for equipment selected on the Ductless Tab Check with your ductless OEM Territory Manager for recommended values. Note: Ductless Design Criteria can be customized for a specific customer on the Option Tab when building a Ductless quote

End-User Sales Tax & Fees

Show Taxes & Fees by Line Item Turn ON (green) – Each Sales Tax & Fee item applied will appear on the Customer Proposal Turn OFF – Sales Tax & Fee Total will appear on the Customer Proposal Tap the Plus Sign to add a tax and/or fee to the sale price. The sales tax and/or fee is based on the total investment amount. Selected sales taxes & fees will appear on the Customer Proposal Note: Taxes and Fees can be customized for a specific customer with the Signature Tab Customize Button.
