Manage Custom Settings - Customize the Proposal PDF at the Company Level

*Company admins should note that Proposal Name, Show Model Numbers, Show Line Item Pricing and Include Brochure settings may be customized by the Comfort Advisor in the App.
	Proposal Name Default: Personalize the Proposal by adding the customer name to the title Example: Tetra HVAC Proposal created for {Customer} Install Date Label: Adjust the label to reflect current inventory issues. Example: Install Date (dependent on equipment availability)

	We recommend showing model numbers in the proposal and including links to the brochures in the customer email
	When Show optional total as office memo note"   turned on the Option # and the Total $ amount before the down payment will display in the Customer Notes section. Example: Office Memo: 1-4273, 2-16065, 3-18732 When Show price code in notes is turned on, the option #, Price before instant rebates are applied and the final price the customer pays will display in the customer notes section. Use this feature when sales commission is based on the price before instant rebates.
	We recommend showing line item discounts. Customers love to see what they are saving! We recommend turning off line-item pricing. This allows you to present a total system price in the proposal.
	Legacy Efficiency Settings default to Show SEER, EER and HSPF We recommend showing SEER and SEER2 ratings during the transition period to the new DOE standards. (2023)
