The Service Titan API is currently not working. This means that jobs may not come through to Sales Builder Pro and proposals may not get sent back to Service Titan. The issue appears to be intermittent. You can check the status of the API on the Service Titan website with this link:

Service Titan has retry logic in place that retries once an hour for 10 hours when sending the job to Sales Builder fails.
When Sales Builder Pro sends proposals to Service Titan, we retry for one hour after the proposal is submitted initially. If it fails after the one-hour period, we send an email to the designated company office email. The company admin will have to input estimates manually into Service Titan.
In some cases, repeated failure to send from Service Titan will deactivate the webhook (connection) to Sales Builder Pro. Service Titan will need to reactivate the connection on their side. Sales Builder Pro can provide the URL's if needed to Service Titan.
