How do I hide blank sections and questions on a survey form PDF?

Sales Builder Pro App Version 7.3 released on July 27, 2020, included 3 new form editing features. Please be sure to advise app users that they will need to update the Sales Builder app to Sales Builder Pro Version 7.3.

Admins can add borders to designated sections
Admins can choose to hide sections that have no responses
Admins can choose to hide questions that have no responses.

Note: If you are engaging the hide blank sections and questions feature, do NOT use questions that utilize an ON/OFF switch. A switch always has an answer so it cannot be hidden.(Fig. 1, 2)

Follow these steps to Simplify the Form PDF:

1) In the Management Portal, Forms section select Manage

2) Hover over the section header, the "pencil" will appear. Click the pencil to open "Edit Section."

3) If you would like to hide empty sections on the PDF check "Hide section if blank." In the example below, the empty section Street View of Location is hidden.

4) If you would like to hide questions with no response on the PDF. check "Hide questions if blank" In the example below, the empty Location note question is hidden.
