The Win-Loss report found in the Sales Management Tools section is a comprehensive list of every quote written by a salesperson.
After exporting the file apply the following filters:
- The date range desired
- The salesperson
- Option selected = Y
- Win = Y
- If you are using install dates remove the "blanks".
*Be aware that there may be duplicate quotes displayed in the report. Duplicates occur when a change is made to quote that has 2 signatures. The system registers both quotes as "wins". Sometimes 2 quotes are actually sold during a job. We recommend creating the report and then handing off to the salesperson. They know what they have sold!
To view average sales by salesperson by date, use the Build a Chart or Build a Table Option found in the dropdown menu of the first tab of the Sales Management Tools section.
