Contractors can store and use more than one price book in the Sales Builder app. The app cals the price book the "Customer Class".
Follow these steps while using the Quick Proposal Feature:
- Select Quick Proposal in the Navigation menu.
- Fill in the Quick Proposal form with the Name (required) and Select the Customer Class (price book) from the Customer Class field spinner. (Customer #, Lead Source and Job Info is optional).
- Tap Continue.
Follow these steps to schedule a new job for a new customer on the iPad:
- Select Schedule Jobs in the Navigation menu.
- Add the new customer – tap “+” in the right hand corner.
- Fill in the Customer section with the Name (required) and Select the Customer Class (Price Book) from the Customer Class field spinner in the Customer section. (Customer #, phone, mobile, email fields are optional). All other sections in the Add Customer view are optional.
- Save the New Customer.
- Add a new job – tap “+” in the right hand corner – Date and time are required fields.
- Tap Save – You have finished scheduling a job for a new customer.
