How to edit a survey form after job completion.

Forms are saved on your tablet for 90 days or in the cloud indefinitely. To open and edit a form after the job has been completed:

1) Select Search from the Navigation Menu

2) Search by Customer Name or date range

3) Select the customer, select the desired form.

     Tablet icon indicates that the proposal is stored on the tablet.

     Cloud icon indicates that the proposal is stored in the cloud.

     Select the download icon to "pull" the form down to the tablet.

            Forms will be saved on the tablet for 90 days (default) after download.

4) Changes can be made to the completed form. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the form to SAVE the form to the tablet and the cloud. The software will automatically create a new time date stamped form. The new form will be stored on the tablet and in the cloud with the original job (sales call).

5) DELETE will remove the form from the tablet and the cloud.
