Problem:
"The appointment times for our sales reps are incorrect on their mobile devices. It shows up correctly in the management portal in the office but is an hour off on every device. This only started after daylight savings time. I have tried logging out and back in on the devices and there was no change."
Solution:
The office Admin needs to log out of the Management Portal from the View Schedule screen.
The office person will always see whatever time they put in, but behind the scenes, the browser is translating it to the incorrect hour before it goes to the salesman’s tablet. The appointment times will only be fixed on future jobs they create after logging out/in, and it will not fix the previous ones. In fact, the office person may see incorrect times for the prior jobs as well after logging out/in.
This time discrepancy commonly occurs after a Daylight Savings time change.
