All jobs must be COMPLETED before you can start another job.
To complete a job:
- Select View Schedule in the Navigation menu
- Tap the customer name that appears in the Arrived Section of your schedule
- Tap Completed
- Select a Completion Note
- Submit
- You are now ready to start the next job.
The system will mail the Back Office Email to the sales person and BCC company designated email addresses.
The Back Office Email contains the Office Notes, Option Selections, Material LIst, Payment information, a price analysis of the option selected and the Proposal PDF. Labor Hour Analysis is included for Install Manager Pro Users.
If a sales person fails to complete the job:
- the user will not be able to start a new job, the app will warn user to complete
- the system will close jobs that are left open at the end of the day
- the app will automatically close an open job when starting a Quick Proposal
