How Do I Start a Scheduled Job? (Video 3 min)

To start a Scheduled Job follow these steps:

Select View Schedule in the Navigation Menu

 

Schedule displays jobs for today and future dates.

Select Customer from the Scheduled Jobs list.

The Selected Customer status and info will fill the Center pane

Tap Show Directions to display google map, directions and travel time.

Tap Show Notes to display the Call Notes

Tap Proposals to display previously written proposals

Center Pane contains the Job Status and customer information.

• Tap Reject to remove job from your schedule

• Tap Arrived when you are ready to start the quote
• Tap Present to begin the Sales Presentation
• Tap 'Customer Name' to start the building the quote
