How to Adjust the Sale Price with Discounts, Pricing Adjustments and Install Button

Every installation has different needs, and the degree of difficulty, materials, and labor can vary widely. Fortunately, adjusting the sale price of equipment is easy to do in the app.

On the Option tab, you can select installation materials, adjust labor hours, apply discounts, and make hidden pricing adjustments. 

1) Tap the Install button to make adjustments to the Overall Job Costs. Install Manager Pro users can make adjustments to labor hours and Installtion kit items.

2) Tap "Total Product Discount" to select discounts and Instant Cash Rebates from a pre-populated list or add your own. Selected discounts will display on the Customer Quote. Note Mail-In rebates will be entered on the Signature Tab.

3) Tap "Suggested Retail Price" to apply a hidden pricing adjustment. Use this when you need to cover a Manufacturer charge back. Hidden pricing adjustments do not appear on the Customer Quote.
