Signature Tab: Proposal Status

Proposal Status Section

The status of a proposal and the overall deal are readily visible on the Signature tab. Status will display as Pending, Accepted, Obsolete, Declined or Accepted. (Table 1) The Status section also displays the number of Total Investment options selected. You will need to verify that the number of options selected is correct when quoting several systems for a large home. Use the Manage button to add internal office notes and change the status of a proposal.

	Waiting for customer approval.
	A newer quote may be available. The app automatically marks a proposal as Obsolete when changes have been to the proposal.
	Quote has a Customer signature and a company signature.
	The customer has declined the proposal.
	This is the number of Total Investment options selected. (Fig. 1)
	Manage button, use to add office notes and to make changes to the status of a proposal. (Fig. 1)
