Proposal Status: Accepted and Obsolete explained

When is the quote status Accepted?

The app will automatically mark a proposal Accepted when the following conditions are met:

1) At least one option is selected

2) Sales rep signs on tablet for company approval (validation)

3) Customer signs at table OR sales rep enters remote acceptance (verbal, written, signature on file).

When is the quote status Obsolete?

The app will automatically mark a proposal Obsolete when the following conditions are met:

1) A new revision of the proposal is created; change is made after the original proposal was signed and

2) Sales rep signs on tablet for company approval (validation.

Can the status of a proposal be changed in the app?

Yes, the sales rep can manually change the status of a proposal to:

1) Accepted - requires a selected option, customer acceptance and company approval - on the signature tab.

2) Proposal status can be changed to Pending, Declined or obsolete in Manage Deal on the signature tab.
