Sales Builder Pro will not integrate with your current calendar process.
Why is that?
We have focused the development of SBP on perfecting the process from entering the front door to closing the sale. Most customers have an existing calendar process - whiteboard, Gcal, or Service Titan, FieldEdge, and each marquee has its own solution. Service Titan and FieldEdge integrations will send jobs to Sales Builder Pro Calendar. These calendars are robust and cover service scheduling, installs, clean and checks as well as sales calls.
There are 3 ways to get a job (sales call) into the app:
1) Quick Proposal (entered by the comfort advisor)
2) 3rd party integration (Service Titan or Field Edge)
3) SBP Admin/Comfort Solution can schedule jobs in the Management Portal.
